2. Services
Hostory.online manages and rents a portfolio of short-term accommodation across Europe. We are the provider of the accommodation, not a booking marketplace.
3. Enquiries and bookings
Availability shown on our website is indicative. A binding booking is formed only when we issue a confirmation email quoting a reservation reference.
4. Guest obligations
- Provide accurate identity and contact information.
- Respect the property, neighbours and applicable local rules.
- Report damage promptly.
5. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our aggregate liability is limited to the value of the affected booking.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by German law. The courts of Berlin shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
