1. Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed when Hostory.online issues a written confirmation email with a reservation reference.
2. Payment
Unless otherwise stated, the full amount is charged at the time of booking. All prices include VAT at the applicable rate. City / tourist taxes are shown separately.
3. Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in from 15:00 local time; check-out by 11:00. Flexible timings can be arranged with our local team subject to availability.
4. Occupancy
Only guests declared in the booking may stay at the property. Additional guests may be refused entry or incur additional charges.
5. Damages
Guests are responsible for damages caused during their stay beyond ordinary wear and tear.
6. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control.
